­EmCare is searching for a Pediatric ER Physician to become a part of our prestigious practice at The Woman’s Hospital - Pediatric located in Houston, Texas. Qualified candidates must be Pediatrics with ER experience.



• 3,500 annual patient visits

• 11-bed ED

• 14 bed PICU

• 18 bed inpatient unit

• Level II and Level III NICU’s

• 10 hours of physician coverage

• Employee Status w/benefits

• Full sub specialty roster to support the Pediatric program

The Woman's Hospital of Texas opened in 1976 and ever since has remained the state's premier facility dedicated solely to the health of women and newborn infants. This hospital started a pediatric program 2 years ago and are now a Woman's and Children's hospital with a full service PICU, NICU, and Pediatric floor, including sub-specialty support. Located near the Texas Medical Center, Woman’s offers 397 licensed beds, including a NICU and a full range of women’s health services and newborn infants. The Woman’s Hospital of Texas is accredited by the Joint Commission and is recognized on the U.S. News & World Report annual list of best hospitals.­
