Established ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Florida is opening a NEW facility in Atlanta, GA! Full Time & permanent opening. Hiring an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon for a new facility that’s being built in Atlanta and will be ready in 8-9 months. This ASC is a Spine Clinic and performs thoracic, cervical and lumbar spine surgeries on an out-patient basis. Candidate will train in Florida with a well-respected surgeon for 6 to 9 months to learn a patented procedure. After a short training period, candidate will move to Atlanta full time. Enjoy only having to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. There is no overtime, no holiday hours, no weekend hours, no nights and no on-call.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Employed position with salary and potential to negotiate a bonus structure once the physician finishes training and moves to Georgia full time. A training salary is offered during the 6-9 training period. Benefits: Health Insurance is paid by the corporation for the physician only, dues and licenses paid for up to a certain amount, may help with the cost of re-location, Medical malpractice insurance paid for up to a certain amount, 3 weeks’ vacation and 1 week off for CME (not negotiable), NO 401 K.
REQUIREMENTS: Surgeons must have Florida and Georgia medical licenses as well as 2+ years of experience with minimally invasive spine procedures.
