SEEKING OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
FOR LVH-Schuylkill
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) Schuylkill in Pottsville Pennsylvania has a full time opening for an occupational medicine physician. Our successful candidate will join a network-owned practice that provides employment, DOT, OSHA-required, and other physicals, workers compensation evaluations with a significant amount of musculoskeletal cases, drug testing, travel medicine and possible opportunities to practice limited urgent/primary care. We will consider candidates who are board eligible or certified in OM/IM/FP/ER. Commercial Driver Medical Examiner certification with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners will need to be attained, if not already certified. Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification will also be required.
Pottsville is a destination nestled between the mountains of East-Central Pennsylvania where outdoor recreation, unique attractions, fascinating history and a host of fairs, events and festivals await you. Very close to the Pocono Mountains, a short drive to NYC and Philadelphia, Schuylkill County boasts of a variety of outdoor recreation, including two state parks, campgrounds, hiking, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, golfing, canoeing, swimming, picnicking, nearby attractions – including America’s oldest brewery - and much more!
