You will provide guidance in how to achieve the utmost in quality care and ensure your patients' healthcare needs are fully met. You will see patients in all walks of life - from infants to great grandparents and every generation between. This fast-paced clinic will help you quickly become a pillar of the community. Provide leadership and partner with the practice director to ensure overall quality of patient care and operational success of clinic. Overall patient care to include but not limited to the following:
  • Diagnose and treat an array of pediatric and adult illnesses (infant - geriatrics), ranging from preventative care to chronic illnesses
  • Treat many minor injuries, perform minor surgeries, and conduct diagnostic screenings such as X-rays and lab tests.
  • Procedures may include suturing, x-ray over reading, and EKG's.EMR charting.
  • Participates in the strategic planning and marketing activities for the clinic to drive patient volume and retention.
  • Provide non-emergent outpatient medical care for the treatment of acute, episodic, and some chronic medical conditions, such as common colds, flu, nausea, asthma, allergies, hypertension, and diabetes.
  • Order and interpret indicated diagnostic testing based upon evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
  • MD or DO degree and a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Georgia.
  • Board Certification or Board eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine.
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years post residency experience.
