About the Program
The goal of the Medical Hospitalists program is to provide patients with personalized care while coordinating the best plan for safe treatment and discharge. With a dedicated team of 24+ on-site hospitalists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers, we partner with several other multi-skilled practitioners throughout the patient's stay at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. The Hospitalist team is in-house 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care during their hospital stay.
About the Position
First Physicians Group is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Nocturnists for our growing inpatient program. You would be joining a team of highly skilled individuals that are Board Certified in Internal Medicine. We have flexible schedules to fit an active lifestyle and to provide the work/life balance that many are seeking.
Highlights of the position:
We are looking for Nocturnists who would be interested in working a flexible schedule of 15 shifts a month from 7:00pm-7:00am. Physicians stay in-house and they work with another Nocturnist to cover the house and do admissions.
The Hospitalist group is part of the employed physician group that is affiliated with the hospital and not an outside contracted company. You will find stability in working for First Physicians Group. The group is known for their excellent teamwork and fun working environment, and they offer a FLEXIBLE work schedule.
