Contract with physicians on a part time (2 days) or full time (5 days)
• Visit area nursing homes seeing on the average 12-15 patients per nursing home, 20-30 patients per day
• Providers are responsible for all the wound care in the facility
• Treatments range from a simple dermatitus to an advanced wound which would require a debridement.
• Supplies are sent ahead of time
• Nurse to round with you
• Mobile position requiring the provider to travel from one facility to another
• Training program is available
• Full time employees receive health, vision, dental and malpractice insuranc.
• Part time employees are not eligible for mal-practice however AmeriWound purchases the pal (4500.00 per year) and in turn deducts $3.00 per encounter until the amount is paid in full
• Gas is compensated based on standard IRS guideline
Average compensation is $850-$1350 per day based on the number of patients seen, PART time (up to $150K) & FULL time (up to $400K
