OPEN POSITION:
Physician - Multidisciplinary/Integrative Pain Medicine



SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time, 33 Hours per Week (all open hours)
- Part-Time, Flexible Options
- Monday, 8:30am to 6:00pm w/ 2-Hour Lunchbreak
- Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm w/ 1-Hour Lunchbreak
- Closed Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (equivalent for part-time):

LOCATION:
This practice operates multiple clinics in and around Salt Lake, with plans to expand further. Â Candidates who live within 1-2 hours of Salt Lake are encouraged to apply, both for current openings and future openings.



COMPANY PROFILE:
Since 2010, this respected pain medicine center has been improving the lives of area residents suffering from chronic pain, utilizing not only traditional pain management techniques, but also chiropractic care and trauma treatment. They additionally incorporate, where appropriate, massage therapy, nutritional support, acupuncture, physical therapy, injections, and a variety of interventional and therapeutic techniques.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new Physician will see patients presenting for issues such as, but not limited to, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches/migraines, joint pain, etc.

See an average of 30 patients per day, with all visits prepped by a trained clinical assistant.

Typical daily activity includes, but is not limited to, new patient evaluations, forming treatment plans, administering injections, and medication management.

The practice does not rely on medications for pain management and strictly limits the medications that are allowed. They work with the statewide controlled substance reporting system and the DEA to ensure proper compliance.

The practice utilizes the Healthfusion/Meditouch electronic health record.

There are no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.



REQUIREMENTS:
- Utah medical license
- current DEA
- Board Certification in any specialty required; relevant specialty preferred
- no experience necessary; new graduates and current residents are welcome to apply
