Hills and Dales General Hospital is an HFAP accredited hospital that is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join an excellent team of friendly peers in an award-winning 25-bed critical access hospital. Position is full-time working a 4 and 1/2 day work week and a one in four hospitalist call rotation. The volume will be an average of 18-27 patients seen a day. The average inpatient census is 7. There are
opportunities to work with Nurse Practitioners and Medical Students. EMR is Epic.
The selected candidate will be licensed in the state of Michigan, a graduate of an ACGME/AOA accredited residency program; and board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine.
Each of our clinics are designated Rural Health Clinics. All of our physicians are hospital employed physicians and each offices are accompanied by supportive staff including board certified nurse practitioners.
