Physician - Integrated Medicine Practice
SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

COMPANY PROFILE:
This organization has been successfully operating a chiropractic practice in Tempe for a number of years and is excited to bring their unique model to a new area of the city in a brand new clinic location, providing even greater access to both medical and chiropractic care to area residents.
By bringing together chiropractic and medical services, the practice helps patients who suffer from musculoskeletal, posture, and related issues, while offering attention to general primary care needs along the way. They utilize a variety of methodologies and all providers are put through rigorous training to ensure each patient is given the highest level of care possible. The practice's core service lines are primary care, chiropractic care, and physical therapy. They have a strong focus on customer service and their employment culture is supportive and mutually respectful.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a new clinic location, opening in mid-April 2017. The practice is flexible on provider start date, but would ideally like to begin training in early April.
Due to the detailed training program, no experience is required and newly graduated residents are welcome to apply.
The clinic will be staffed by both a Physician and a Nurse Practitioner. Â The clinical work noted below will be coordinated between the providers collaboratively.
The services performed by the practice are vast and dependent upon patient needs. Most patients receive a combination of chiropractic and medical care, requiring providers to communicate and collaborate on the formation of treatment plans.
All providers conduct initial patient assessments and follow-up visits to ensure compliance and proper administration of care plans. There will also be treatments performed in the office, such as therapies and injections.
As this is a new location, the daily patient volume will begin low and increase over time, begin capped at an appropriate number to ensure proper patient care.
All visits will be prepped and supported by a trained clinical assistant.
There are no on-call or weekend requirements. Evenings are only if the provider chooses to work a shift until closing at 7:00pm.
The practice utilizes an electronic medical record system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- current DEA or DEA-eligibility
- no experience required
