Established, stable democratic partnership in Arizona looking for an additional ABEM or PC physician. The volume in this busy ED has increased by 30% in the last year. The ED acts like a level I trauma center. Compensation for the Emergency Physician starts at $150/hour up to $175/hour, with negotiable benefits. Shifts are 12 hours with up to 5 people covering, with midlevel coverage as well. The ED is divided into three parts; ABEM physicians see to trauma, PC physicians will cover acuity, and the Physician’s Assistants will cover the fast track. The practice is located within an easy drive from Tucson and Phoenix, as well as San Diego. The ocean is just a short drive away for weekend escapes, or head north to the mountains for some skiing.
