Anesthesiologist Physician - (Anesthesiology) Locum Tenens

Medical facility located in Washington is seeking an Anesthesiologist for locum's coverage during June 5 - December 31, 2017. This is an On-Call opportunity working Monday-Friday and 1 weekend per month. Physician will take 1-2 calls per week and will see 90% adult cases. Privileging required. As a critical care specialist responsible for pain management and the maintenance of vital life functions, anesthesiologists(locum tenens) are an integral part of the operating room. Anesthesiologists meet with patients in a preoperative setting to determine the best and safest course of action for pain management during the medical procedure, evaluating the patient's medical history in order to come up with the optimal course of action. During medical procedures, anesthesiologists monitor heart rate, blood pressure and other bodily functions and administer appropriate anesthesia.
