Hertford County, NC Seeking Psychiatry NP/ PA!
Seeking NP/PA to join multispecialty group of 3 physicians and 1 APP. This is an opportunity to join a behavioral health team at a 110+ bed hospital offering a full continuum of services including geropsych, ED consults, i/p consults, telepsych program integrated in 3 primary care practices, o/p psychiatric practice, and nursing home consultation services. Highlights include 1:4 call, annual stipend, relocation assistance, and competitive salary and benefits.
COMMUNITY: Located in North Carolina’s Inner Banks region, you are less than 2 hours from one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country. Hertford County offers a desirable climate with mild winters and all four seasons – ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. Outstanding golf courses, water sports, hunting, camping, fishing, community and state parks for outdoor activities are just a few of the activities that Hertford County boasts. There is also a large Recreation Center which includes little league baseball, lighted athletic fields and picnic area. This is an extremely attractive area with lots and homes on the beautiful Chowan River and in the country.
