2 NPs or PAs needed in opposite corners of Portland. Our client is hiring full-time providers to make home visits to patients in the Southeast, and the West sides of Portland. Newly hired providers will be responsible for compassionate care delivery, follow-up, medication management, and thorough communication with the rest of the care team.
