A hospital in Iowa is looking for a wound care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for two months from early July to the end of August with a possible extension. On a typical day, the provider will see 20 adult and geriatric patients for wound care, debridgement, skin substitution, grafting, application of total contact casts, I&D, laser doppler study interpretation, and hyperbarics. This is a full-time position requiring the locum to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This facility uses the Cerner EMR.
