The Position

Join a long standing, busy, reputable General Urology practice that is part of an integrated health network. A physician owned established urology practice of 4 physicians and 1 physician assistant who are in the process of replacing a retiring member of the practice in 2022. Weeknight Call is 1:6; Weekend 1:8. Schedule consists of 2 days at Bridgeport Hospital and 3 days in offices located in Fairfield and Trumbull.

Qualified candidates will have completed a Urology residency and be BC/BE with the American Board of Urology. This is an opportunity to work in a collegial environment with the ability to pursue professional interests supported by a group of seasoned practitioners. Opportunities include attending Yale School of Medicine Urology conferences.

We put a premium on physician quality of life and offer a competitive salary and generous fringe benefit package. After the first two years, associates move to a 4 day work week. This is a partnership track position, and all previous associates have advanced to full partner status. We are unable to sponsor visas.
