Join an existing practice or hospital employed position

(They do not have DaVinci robotics)

Two-year income guarantee or competitive salary & wRVU bonus structure if the hospital employed option is chosen

Relocation assistance up to 15K.

Signing bonus.

Call 1:2 weekdays, call 1:6 weekends

Benefits package.

If the incoming urologist joins the existing group, a partnership track is what is offered (will require no buy-in), as the existing urologist plans to retire /go part-time in about 5 years. If the physician chooses to be hospital employed, they will be provided a temporary (nicely-outfitted/new) office staffed by the hospital while the hospital builds out a space based on the urologist’s specific needs.

They have two fully accredited acute care medical facilities with a combined capacity of 282 beds.
