Southern Ohio Urology private practice is seeking a Urologist

- Currently 4 Urologists in this group
- Due to plans for expansion, the group is recruiting for a 5th partner.
- The group currently provides coverage at 5 area hospitals.
- Group has 23 employees traveling between 5 locations.
- All 5 of the sites are run exactly the same.
- Each physician has a dedicated nurse or MA, and each site has 4 to 5 additional support staff.
- For every physician there are 2 support staff.
- Call is shared equally among the partners.
- The incoming physician can expect a 1 in 5 call rotation, 1 day/week and every 5th weekend.
- Call pay is shared equally among the partners.
- Physicians work 5 Days/week, with ½ day clinic and ½ day OR.
- Two of the hospitals have the Da Vinci Robot
- 2 year Income Guarantee to the physician with forgiveness period
- Currently all the Urologists are producing around 11,000 wRVU?s/year.
- Partnership track in 1 to 2 years
