- Friday - Monday, 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 2 Weekends per Month + Vacation Coverage
- Emergency Privileges - Ideal April 2021 Start
- Active Louisiana License Required
- Clinic Setting and Some Hospital Surgeries
- Local Providers Highly Preferred
