**Urology Opportunity: Watertown, NY**
~ Located 70m to Syracuse, 50m to Canadian border

*General Urology opportunity & opportunities for Urologists with interest in advanced laparoscopy, andrology, oncology and/or robotic surgery*
**Position Details**

- A convenient office with in-office surgical suite is located within a 5-minute drive to the hospital main campus.
- Call is 1:4.
- There is a well-developed robotic program since 2012, and a recent upgrade in 2019 to daVinci Xi with integrated table motion technology.
- Large, spacious and well-equipped operating rooms await urology bookings
*New office building, located in a newly developed medical complex with other specialties to include: Pulmonary Medicine, Somnology, Nephrology, Family Practice and Psychiatry - Medical complex is five-minute commute from hospital*
**Compensation**
- Base Annual salary $550,000 year 1; plus WRVU productivity opportunity bonus
- Annual salary $600,000 years 2-4
- Signing bonus $50,000
- Educational loan repayment $20,000 each year of contract
- Relocation reimbursement $10,000
- Extra payment for teaching hours
- Immigration support and paid legal services to include permanent residency green-card processing up to $20,000 (as applicable)

- Reimbursement of NYS license and DEA registration

**About the Group**
287 bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in Northern New York, is seeking providers both for hospital based employment and private practice opportunities. Health Group is just that - the center for healthcare across the counties, cities, towns and villages of New York's North Country. Located in the City of Watertown in Jefferson County, Health Group is the largest provider of healthcare from Burlington, Vermont to Syracuse, New York - a total of 286 miles - catchment of 260,000 - with over 1,200 healthcare professionals.
