The Practice
- $753,000 base employed salary plus bonus and 100% loan repayment
- Level II trauma center in a mid-sized hospital, FULL SPECIALTY SUPPORT
- 10 days call per month (never come in on weekday; average 0-2 times on weekend)
- Optional block scheduling or 4-day work week - you choose
