- Seeking bread and butter Urology physician; training in Andrology or Female Urology/Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery a plus
- To join 4-physician + 1 NP Urology department
- Succession planning for senior group member

ER Call will be 1 in 7 – Taken from home; compensated
- Busy from day one, strong referral base already established
- Virtually no competition; 59% deficit of Urologists in the service area currently
- Non-profit Medical Foundation model allows physicians to enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the security of being employed
- Medical Foundation manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing, staffing, billing/collecting, etc.
- Offices located adjacent to 465-bed medical center
- Compensation package includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage
- Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period
- Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income is commiserate to production
