* Located in ***Grants Pass, OR*** - Medford 30m
* Full-time, permanent position
* Join a new Urology group
* Solo practice with an NP
* Outpatient practice with some Inpatient work
* Offering state-of-the-art facilities
* No Robotics available
Highlights of the Opportunity Include:
* Year 1 Guaranteed base salary of $450k
* Year 2 Compensation will be the higher of the guaranteed base or $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
* Year 3 and beyond: $/wRVU based salary plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base
* Annual performance incentives up to 16% of base salary
* $50,000 signing bonus
* $15,000 relocation assistance
* $7,000 annual CME allowance
* Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits
* 6 weeks of paid time off per year
