- As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Clinic with a surgery day
- Must be Board Certified, or Board Eligible
- Active Iowa license, Iowa Drug Enforcement Administration
- Electronic Medical Record - Allscripts, EPIC, and Cerner
