Franciscan Physician Network seeks an exceptional Urologist (UROL) to join their group in Lafayette, Indiana (IN). Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Urology (UROL).

Practice Highlights:

First Year Package:
  • Two-year guarantee of $500,000
  • Commencement bonus of $25,000
  • Relocation up to $10,000
  • Total first year package of $535,000
