Asante Health System is seeking a Urologist to join our Urology group in Grants Pass, Oregon. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, but no robotics. Our practice will provide services to our patients at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. We are a 125-bed state-of-the-art hospital, a level III trauma center and regional referral hospital. This is a solo practice with a Nurse Practitioner, Practice Manager, and support staff. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology.

Highlights of the Opportunity Include:

* Year 1 - Annual base salary of $450,000

* Year 2 - Compensation will be the higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives up to 16% of base salary

* Year 3 and beyond - $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base.

* $50,000 signing bonus

* $15,000 relocation assistance

* $7,000 annual CME allowance

* 30 days (240 hours) of authorized time off per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program.

License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
