Dates ofCoverage: Starting when credentialed (90 days) for 10 days of 24 hour call per month. Can split 5 and 5 or do 10 consecutive.

Details/Requirementsfor Assignment #93131:
-- Active Illinois license
-- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
-- Ten days of call per month
-- Trauma level 2
-- Three APP's but they are used in clinic so likely won't be of help on call
-- Will be covering 4 locations
-- Unassigned patients only
-- Surgeries and rounding
-- Hospital 1: 150 beds, Hospital 2: 85 beds, Hospital 3: 120 beds
-- EMR: Epic
