Blanchard Valley Urology Associates is currently seeking a BC/BE Urology physician to join their group fulltime. The BVHS urologists provide advanced, innovative care to adults and pediatrics, and they specialize in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The team use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques - robot-assisted technology and many other laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures to manage all urological problems. Blanchard Valley Health System serves over an eight-county area in Northwest Ohio and is a member of Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Opportunity Overview:

- Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day
- 5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
- Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
- Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
- Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
- Strong, collegial subspecialty support

Blanchard Valley Health System:
- Findlay Hospital: 150 bed, 16-bed ICU, 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center, 1200 deliveries/year, Level II Special Care Nursery, 32 weeks+
