We are currently recruiting for primary care physicians (FM, IM, Meds/Peds) to join us in our locations in DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
Our health delivery model is physician-centered. All of our operations are designed to support providers in their daily quest to help our patients. We are focusing on workplace improvements and prevention of burnout. One of ways we achieve physician job satisfaction is we are keeping the number of patients per hour down to 2.5 per hour (avg) maximum. Most of our providers do not see more than 2 patients per hour.

Chosen candidates will be supported by cutting edge information technology and ancillary staff with one to one ratio of medical assistant to the physicians.
There will be ample of training and orientation for both new grads and people who are re-entering the workforce.
Hourly pay, Weekend Differential
3 - 3.5 day workweek
ZERO call, 100% outpatient
Up to 4 weeks paid time off
A++ Malpractice Insurance
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
BC / BE IM, FM, Med-Peds
MD or VA or DC or GA license (we will wait, if not yet approved)

New medical school graduates are increasingly choosing specialties and careers that provide more flexible schedule and time to themselves. We offer full time positions with just 3 days work week. We want providers who are willing to work 11-12 hour shifts.
Weekends are a plus such as two saturdays or two sundays a month (more the better). We can also schedule the shifts in harmony with your family's rhythm as long as we can keep your schedule consistent week-to-week.
Pay is tied only to candidates time and no RVUs or performance will be held against him/her.

When you are done - you are done! We recognize the degrading effects of burnout on the doctors and the quality of care they provide. We make every effort to help our doctors stay homework free: no charting after hours, no answering clinical messages on weekends. When doctors are off they are truly off! No homework,
