Fast growing multi-site practice is expanding its services to a new site just a 30 minute drive from Charlotte North Carolina. We will assist in obtaining a South Carolina license.
Join a network of over 35 providers, 200 staff and 20 practice sites across North Carolina/South Carolina. Our Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are skilled and compassionate professionals who are committed to providing top-notch care in suburban and rural communities. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home and BQPP Level 3 facility providing family practice, urgent care and occupational health.

Flexible 10 hour shifts. Supervise Mid level providers.

Responsibilities:
Develop a roster of patients by providing compassionate care.
See patients in an outpatient setting daily
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient, including observations during examinations
Comply with all laws applicable to family medicine, including HIPAA
Prescribe medication or therapy when necessary
Recommend lifestyle changes as appropriate to improve quality of life
Explain all medical procedures thoroughly
Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details
Consult with other doctors about each patient’s specific needs
Provide Occupational Medicine services to Med First Occ Med customers.
Utilize Med First Dispensing services to provide prescriptions on site to patients
Qualifications:
1 – 2 Years minimum of Experience in Family Practice and Urgent Care
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
DOT Certification (may be obtained within first 90 days of employment)
