Alliance Health Staffing is seeking a Permanent Family Practice Urgent Care Physician for a facility about 20 minutes outside of Chicago, IL!
Start: ASAP
Schedule: 12 hour shifts only; 8a-8p
Details:
• Will see all ages
• Salary + Health Insurance + 401K
• Prefer UC or EM experience
• Must be willing to be certified in ACLS/PALS/BLS
• X-Ray is onsite
• Comfortable with I&D/Sutures
• New Clinic
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS
