• Well-established multispecialty practice with 32 physicians and 20 advanced practitioners across 12 locations
• Patient Centered Medical Home offering primary care to patients of all ages, complete with ancillary services:
• On-site laboratory, x-ray, echocardiogram, and ultrasound
• Telemedicine service, seamlessly integrated into the EMR
