• Established health center opened a walk-in/urgent care for the patients of the center
• Must be able to see patients of all ages including Peds (0-100)
• This position could be part-time or full-time
• Flexible shifts and scheduling available for providers looking to take on additional work

• Must have previous urgent care experience
• APRN-RN, FNP
• NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)
  Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Preferably 3+ years of urgent care or walk-in primary care experience
