A wonderful locum tenens urgent care opportunity is now available in Virginia. The facility needs a provider to work 8 am - 8 pm on weekdays, with some locations open until 4 pm on weekends. This is an opportunity to transition from temporary employment to a permanent assignment. The locum tenens physician will see approximately 3 - 4 patients per hour. This facility makes use of the VelociDoc EMR system. Boarded, eligible, or non-boarded physicians are welcome to apply. A DEA license is needed as part of this job. Weatherby will help with all hospital privileging paperwork. The ideal candidate will be a local physician and have an active, unrestricted VA state medical license in-hand.
