*Employed Group Structure
*Part of a large MSG
*Defined Need
*See average patient volumes
*Lots of support
*Compensation - Earn $280K+ per year or more
*Competitive starting salary of $250K + wRVU production bonus
*If want to work a critical shift then there is a $600 per shift bonus
-Full benefits
*Day shift work - 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
*Full-time is 36 hours of patient encounters per week
*Most physicians work 3 12-hour shifts per week
*Full-time averages 13 to 14 shifts per month
*New state-of-the-art hospital
*Sign-on of $30K

QUALIFICATIONS
