Vascular Surgery for Metropolitan Midwest - Academic Appointment
One of the Largest Multi-Surgical Specialty Group's in the State
Metropolitan Living - Private Practice Model with Full Benefits - Track to Partnership
As a Vascular Surgeon, you will be stepping into one of the largest multi-speciality surgical groups in the state. Enjoy an employed, private practice model with bonus incentives, a highly competitive salary, and the track to partnership. • Join a team of four board certified vascular surgeons
• 100% vascular surgery call (no general surgery call)
• Large volume of cases encompassing the entire spectrum of vascular procedures
• $500k for New Grads / $650k for 2 years' experience / More Experience = More Pay PLUS BONUSES
• Call 1:5; pay for call - there is also the need for a 100% Vascular Access Surgeon too
• Short commute to 3 hospitals with a 15-minute destination time
• Affiliation with the University of Kansas School of Medicine, which includes six general surgery residents per year with rotation on vascular surgery
• The group's electronic medical records (EMR) are Pulse - the hospitals utilize Cerner and Medi-Tech
• Full access to hospital-based state-of-the-art hybrid OR suite - access to a DaVinci XI Robot
• Dedicated Vascular Labs and IAC accredited - partnership in an independently owned OBL
• Hospital-based vascular Angio suite in the cardiovascular department
• Benefits include: 401(k) retirement plan; health, dental and vision insurance; 30 days compensated leave; disability insurance and malpractice insurance
• Eligible to become a partner of the practice after 18 months
