We have a hospital-based multi-specialty group practice which is building a vascular service and would consider waiting until 2020 to add to this service. There are over 15 primary care doctors who are employed by the group and another 30 PCP's as part of their clinically integrated network. These physicians refer the surgical patients. The hospital has a surgical pavilion which you will find impressive in its design, equipment, sterile access and video. The location is in the southern part of the state of New Jersey. The group is financially sound and well run.

The compensation consists of a base salary, a signing bonus in the first year, a quality bonus and a wRVU based bonus.
