A hospital is seeking a trauma surgeon for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located 30 minutes south of Detroit, MI. While in Detroit, find all the brunch places for your weekends like HopCat or Parc. If you're into a fun relaxing day outside find the Monroe Street Midway for exciting views and rollerskating.
The clinician will be providing 24-hour primary call coverage with 3 - 8 hours of callback per 24-hour shift. 20% of their trauma activations that come in require surgery. Between January 2021 - June 2021 the facility had the following numbers: 42 level I activations, 416 level II activations, and 186 trauma consults. Emergency privileges are available and there is fast credentialing.
