All Star Healthcare Solutions is working with a level II trauma center in Florida that’s looking for a Trauma Surgeon with a Trauma/Critical Care Fellowship for a true locum to perm opportunity. In this assignment starting in Feb/March 2021, you will act as an FTE and will consist of Primary and Backup call coverage including consults, in-patient rounding, and emergent surgeries. The hospital would like a 3-month commitment for the locum, then transition into a permanent role. On your assignment, you will be compensated with a competitive daily rate and hourly incentives.
