- Location: 1 hour from Columbus, OH
- Facility: Level II Trauma Center
- Coverage Dates: ASAP Ongoing
- Schedule: 24 hour call
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS certs required
- Must be OH licensed and Board Certified
- Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
