Hospital is currently seeking BC/BE Trauma Surgeon to join 7 other surgeons in a group. This is a faculty position with a Level 1 Trauma Center with over 3, 500 trauma patient admissions per year. This program is supported by thirteen Advanced Practice Clinicians, in-house radiology and interventional radiology, an attached inpatient rehabilitation facility and subspecialty support including plastics, maxillofacial, ob-gyn, and anesthesiology. Primary responsibilities include resident and medical student education, surgical and critical care of trauma patients, and emergency general surgery. There is opportunity for development of an active general surgical practice, as well as protected time for research.
Qualified applicants must have completed an accredited surgical residency program and a fellowship in trauma/critical care, and have interest and experience in scholarly activity
