Job Specifics:

  • Dynamic, non-profit health system with 500+ providers
  • Hospital-employed group looking for an additional Trauma/Critical Care Surgeon
  • Credentials include board certification in General Surgery with added certification in Surgical Critical Care
  • Board certification in Trauma/Acute Care/Critical Care Surgery required
  • Trauma experience and or Acute Care Surgery fellowship preferred
  • Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center
  • The job entails trauma, emergency general surgery, and surgical critical care
  • 7 on, 7 off shift model with the ability to do elective cases on off weeks if desired
  • 158 annual shifts
  • Replace a retiring provider and join a group of 6 other providers
  • Competitive base salary with bonus potential
  • 5 days CME per year
  • Income potential $446,000 with $405,600 base
