VISTA's client is seeking locums Trauma Surgery coverage ongoing. This facility is tucked on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico right on the bay. Enjoy beautiful beaches while you supplement your income.
Location: Texas
Duration: Ongoing while hiring looking to cover up to 15 shifts per month but can accept someone with availability around 5-7 shifts per month.
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible , strong preference for those with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship but not required. Must have minimum 1-year Trauma Surgery experience.
Certifications: Must hold ATLS
Schedule: 12-hour in-house shifts plus 12-hour secondary call.
ED Volume: 90,630 annual visits
631-bed Acute Care Facility
Back-up: Yes , NP/PA
Trauma designation: IV looking to become a Trauma Level II
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
