We have a client in Southwest Arizona that is seeking a BC/BE Trauma/General Surgeon to join a well-established medical center. Facility does not sponsor Visas.
Requirements:
* Experience in a Level II (minimum) trauma facility
* Preferred start date in 2017
Practice Structure:
* Employed position with benefits and paid off time
* Position will be a co-director of trauma program with one other trauma surgeon
* May have outpatient clinic for general surgery as well as cover call for Level III trauma
* Call is approximately 15 days per month
Financial Package:
* Competitive salary based on MGMA data and experience
* Other compensation: relocation reimbursement and sign on bonus
