A level II trauma facility is seeking a trauma surgeon for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in eastern Pennsylvania.
The schedule is 24/7 call shifts which are usually 12-hour shifts. The procedures required include motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, industrial accidents, farming accidents, burns, and gunshot wounds. There is a full staff of surgeons and APPs. The credentialing timeline is about 2 months. A COVID vaccine, ACLS, BLS, and BC in general surgery and surgical critical care are required.
