Client is seeking a board certified kidney transplant surgeon to join the team of Nephrologists and surgeons at hospital’s Transplant Center. As the only kidney transplant program in our service area of 1.2 million people, there is opportunity to grow and expand this well-established program. Hospital is a 396 bed tertiary care center in northeastern Indiana. Key services include Cardiac Care, Children’s Hospital, Comprehensive Cancer Center, Emergency Medicine including the only Pediatric Emergency Department in the region, Musculoskeletal Center and Neurological Services, Cardiac and Renal Transplant center.

  • Established Kidney Transplant Program
  • Transplant clinic located within Hospital
  • Specialty services include:Transplant trained nursing staff Post-transplant monitoring and outpatient clinic, Living donor transplant team, Transplant outreach coordinator, Interdisciplinary team of dietitians, financial counselors, referral coordinators, social workers, and physicians works together to develop a customized patient care plan
