Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon needed to provide clinic and call coverage starting in late April through June.

Call coverage only on the following dates:
* 4/28 at 7am - 5/18 at 7am
* 6/4 at 7am - 6/14 at 7am
* 6/28 at 7am -7/6 at 7am

Details of Assignment #73978:
--Active Louisiana license required
--Current Board Certification or True Eligibility required
--Guaranteed 40 hour Monday through Friday work week + plus night call and 24-hour call coverage on weekend
--Cardiothroacic, Vascular & Endovascular surgery - will accept Cardiotghoracic Surgeons but prefer Vascular experience
--321 bed facility, 20 bed CCW, Cardiac program that has grown heavily over past 5 years
--100% adult patient population | average of 13-22 patients per week
--Emergency surgeries, consults, rounding, follow-up appointments | TAVR & EVAR are done 1x per week | Emergency surgeries are rarely performed after hours
--Support staff: one additional Cardiothoracic Surgeon, one Cardiac PA (helps with IP rounds, clinic follow-ups & minor procedures + RN, Medical Assistant and Scheduling assistant)
