- Provider will not be responsible to see new patients in the office or hold a regular office day to see all post ops for routine follow up.
- Office procedure: If a previous patient has a wound issue that he/she wants to have seen in the office by his cardiac/thoracic surgeon rather than to go sit in the ER for 6 hours the covering physician would see them in the office. If necessary then the patient can be admitted.
