    • Both Thoracic and Vascular Procedures
    • EMR: Paper Based, Hospital is Meditech
    • Daily Patient Volume: 5
    • Level II Trauma
    • Support Staff:
      • NP Hospitalist covers overnight
      • PA/Surgical First assit in OR
    • 73 CABG procedures in 2018
    • 24 Interventional Radiology services
  • Requirements
    • Board Certified
    • Trauma experience
    • Will to accept providers that will move through the Indiana licensing process quickly
    • Must have in state DEA for privileges, and willing to transfer DEA for assignment, or willing to obtain a new one
