Job Requirements for assignment #68834:
*Ongoing call and hospital coverage
*Kentucky State Medical license
*Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon
*24 hour call/rounding only; 7am-7am; schedule follows below
*Requirement: 150 cases over 3 year period including CABGs, valves, pericardial windows, thoracotomy and VATS.
*100% adult/geriatrics cases
*Mid-level support

Facility Information:
*250+ beds
*Number of Operating Rooms: 12
*Annual ER Visits: 31,000+

*June 17-26 at 7am
