Lima Memorial is recruiting for a motivated Cardiothoracic Surgeon in an expanding, high-volume practice that is more heavily weighted towards cardiac and ownership of all complex heart cases. The Heart and Vascular Institute have a 25-year history of Open Hearts and a 7-person Cardiology Group for immediate referrals.


  • Existing Structural Program
  • 3 Cath Labs, 3 ORs ? 1 Hybrid
  • 150+ Hearts plus complex cases
  • Base Salary $798,000, based on experience
  • Sign-on, Paid healthcare premiums, & 401k
